2) The estimate and the delivery date are answered.

the request only of the diagnosis and the estimate usually.
3) Please send your musical instruments after fixing the order.

"Precision machine or musical instrument treatment". If "Insurance treatment" and
"Handling attention" are added, it is safer. The transportation expense becomes
a load of the customer.
●"Kenmochi Bassoon Works" prepares "Case only for
transportation".
Please offer to feel insecurity in "Person who uses a soft case" and
"Owned wooden case". Borrowing "Case only for
transportation with
the storage manual" becomes possible. "Case return
transportation expense"
after it repairs becomes a load of the customer though lending
is free.
4) "KBW" will make the repair record while advancing the repair and remodeling.
●First of all, when "Change in the repair part" is caused,
it is reported.

repair" are verified,
"Estimate first time" is corrected.
5) "Repaired musical instruments", "Explanation vote",

"Delivery date day". ("Return expense of repaired musical
instruments" becomes a load
of KBW. )If "Person who demands the bank transfer" is offered

6) Please give the transfer of the repair expense to KBW within seven days
of the principle
after it reports on completion. In that case, the transfer commission
becomes
a customer load.
●About the customer who can come to a store
After it hears the demand from the customer, "Diagnosis of musical
instruments" and
"Cost estimate" are done. And, "Easy repair remodeling
request vote" is made.
4) As for "Payment method" when the repair is completed while coming
to a store,
cash becomes a principle. Payment with the credit card is not received.
